Manoj Kumar Dwivedi

Regarded as a renowned Labour/ Industrial Laws Consultant, He has been practising Labour Laws in Delhi-NCR for more than 31 years now and has attained enviable reputation in the field with his immense knowledge and expertise in the subject. Over the years, he has been assisting and guiding corporates and various MNCs with their compliances and regulations in Labour Laws. He has a firm belief that in order to mitigate the differences between the employer and employee, each organisation need to comply with the statutory regime of Labour Laws. Ìn addition to his years of successful practise as an Advocate, he holds a position of General Secretary of “Professional Management Association (An Assiciation of Employers)” and even remained office bearer (former President) of “Labour Laws Association”, Delhi over a span of 20 years. He is an external member in POSH Committees of various Companies, associated with NGO and is likewise welcomed by various forums to deliver lectures on labour laws related issues. It is clearly reflected through his professional chart that he is well equipped with the peculiarities of labour law and its compliances as he has effectively guided various organisations and public sector undertakings as well as private entities etc over the period of his practise as an Advocate.
